JOB SUMMARY:
Company Profile:
The Constitution of the Board of the Bank is governed by “The Nationalized
Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, formulated by the
Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, in
exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of “The Banking Companies
(Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970″.
Job Description:
1. The Inquiry Officer / Inquiry Authority shall be appointed by the
Disciplinary Authority of the charge sheeted employee/ officer whose case is
entrusted to him for conducting enquiry.
2. He/She shall be entrusted with the enquiries on ‘case to
case basis’ by the Disciplinary Authority.
3. Will act as Inquiry Authority and preside over the
Inquiry.
4. On completion of Inquiry, he/she shall be called for
Presiding Officer’s brief and Defence brief.
5. Then submit his/her Report / Findings to the concerned
Disciplinary Authority.
Candidate Profilie:
Qualifications:
1. Graduation / Post Graduation Degree
2. Candidates with Diploma in Personnel Management/
Industrial Relations, Labour Studies, Labour Administrative Law, Degree in Law
will be preferred.
